By accessing Swype War, creating an account, participating in a game or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

“Swype War”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ayush Agarwal and Shikhar Chepe, traders operating the Swype War service at www.swypewar.com under GSTIN 22ACGFM9081P1ZM. “You” means the person using the service.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to access the service is responsible for that use and must not allow the minor to make purchases.
• You may use the service only where doing so is lawful.

Swype War provides quiz games in categories such as cricket, football, mathematics and general knowledge, together with chess, solo play, multiplayer rooms, ranked sessions, leaderboards, friends and related social features.

Questions, categories, features, schedules, scoring systems and availability may change as the game develops. Some questions may be generated or reviewed using automated tools. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every question, explanation or current-affairs item is complete or error-free. Users may report questionable content through the available reporting tools.

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• One person must not operate accounts to manipulate rankings, rewards, purchases or game outcomes.
• Notify us at finance@swypewar.com if you believe your account or a payment has been compromised.

Swype War may award or sell virtual coins and may display XP, tier points, scores, ranks, badges, streaks and other digital status indicators (“Virtual Items”).

• Virtual Items are limited, revocable licences to use game functionality. They are not money, deposits, stored value, securities or property.
• Virtual Items have no cash or monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred outside the game, redeemed or withdrawn.
• Playing or winning does not entitle any user to money, merchandise, financial returns or a payout.
• We may correct balances affected by fraud, technical errors, duplicate credits, chargebacks or abuse.

Available purchases may include virtual coin packs and time-limited Pro access. The product, price, duration and benefits shown at checkout form part of your order. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment gateway, which may include PhonePe. The payment provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply. We do not receive or store your full UPI PIN, card number, CVV or banking credentials.

Digital benefits are normally credited after we receive a successful payment confirmation. Do not close or repeatedly refresh the payment flow while a transaction is pending. If payment succeeds but the purchased benefit is not delivered, follow the Refund Policy and contact us with the transaction details.

Because coins and Pro access are digital benefits made available immediately, a successfully delivered or activated purchase is final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, unused coins, unused Pro time, loss of interest or dissatisfaction with game results.

This rule does not remove any non-waivable consumer right. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and a confirmed failure to deliver the purchased benefit are handled under our Refund Policy.

You must not:

• cheat, collude, automate play, exploit bugs or manipulate scores, rankings, rooms, rewards or purchases;
• harass users, send unlawful or abusive messages, impersonate another person or publish another person’s private information;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to the service, accounts, APIs or databases;
• use fraudulent payment methods, initiate dishonest chargebacks, launder money or use the service for an unlawful purpose; or
• sell accounts or Virtual Items, or falsely represent that in-game rewards can be converted into cash.

The service, software, game design, branding, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Swype War and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for private entertainment in accordance with these terms.

We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue any feature. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, networks, third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control.

We may warn, suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, threatens the service or other users, or is involved in fraud or unlawful activity. A suspension or termination caused by your breach does not create a refund right for already delivered Virtual Items or activated Pro access.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular ranking, opponent, question set or game outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swype War is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data or losses caused by third-party networks or payment services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the game, payment services or law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, without limiting a consumer’s rights under applicable law.
